Our Founder
The driving force behind Jennifer Homes is our CEO, Jennifer Tenorio. Growing up in Dexter, Jennifer faced discouragement when she aspired to a career in the military or law enforcement, being told they weren't "appropriate for a woman." Undeterred, she channeled that resilience into becoming one of the few women leading a construction firm in New Mexico.
Jennifer's leadership extends beyond the business operations, her role highlights her commitment to empowering others and breaking new ground.
